My name is Alexander Muzyrya and I am head of Mobile Development Department here in X-Cart.
Today we have released a new version of our X-Cart Admin application. This is a complete rework of our previous app. I suppose it is quite clear that we had some problems with the previous application so now that we have started to provide application development as a service we also acquired the resources and capability to manage this project on our own.
This is completely new application on completely different platform (
React Native for those of you who are interested) and unfortunately the old versions of connector module will not work with this current app.
The new versions of connector for the X-Cart 5.2.x and X-Cart 5.3.x.y are already available. The connectors for the X-Cart 4.6.x and 4.7.x should be ready within one business day. For earlier versions of X-Cart 4 they will be available on demand, just open a ticket and we should be able to adapt the module within a considerable time.
This can be considered some form of test release because on one hand we wanted to provide the usable application as fast as possible and on the other hand we have some additional features that we want to implement so there will be no official release announcement yet. We are still going for January 2017 as Max mentioned earlier in this thread.
