It's fair to say that your <title> tags are one of the most important elements on your pages for SEO.
Here's an easy way to add extra keywords to your category page titles via the 'category modify' page.
1) Patch your database via Patch/Upgrade

2) In skin1/admin/main/category_modify.tpl
Add the following code...
