Does the problem related to administrator area or customer?
If it's about customer area and your store uses 3rd party skin it's required to patch its files manually. The instructions of how to do it is available in the module manual
'How to patch a 3rd party skin'
If it doesn't help can you please check your logs (<xcart_dir>/var/log/x-errors_php_<current_date>.php). Are there any errors related to the module?
