Yes, you can enable developer mode to make X-Cart operate without cache, so all changes will be reflected on the store front immediately.
Open your config file and search for 'developer_mode' variable, then switch it on.
Developer mode MUST be disabled on production stores, as it drastically affects performance of X-Cart. Use it on development copies only.
