Today (July 1, 2010) is still clearly the PA-DSS mandate deadline for the U.S. and Canada.
Please also update your closed thread on the subject stating the incorrect 2012 date as well.

And, please read the entire document you are quoting before drawing conclusions and posting incorrect information in the future! The history of PCI-DSS and PA-DSS compliance for X-Cart has been full of inaccurate statements such as this being thrown out by Qualiteam. It really needs to stop.
