Exclamation Qualiteam HelpDesk can accept messages via e-mail now

Dear X-Cart/LiteCommerce fellowship,

We are glad to announce that we have launched a new feature which lets you communicate with our team by e-mail and still have all your posts stored in your HelpDesk accounts. Your e-mail messages can be automatically submitted to the HelpDesk, which will let you skip the procedure of login to your HelpDesk accounts when you need to reply our message or create a new ticket.

For those of you who purchased our software after June 7 and for several older customers this feature has already been enabled by default. All the others are welcome to enable it in your company profiles settings.

In order to enable the new option, please go to the "Profiles" section of your HelpDesk account, select "Edit self profile" tab or open the secondary account profile you want to enable this feature for, and untick 'Do not accept incoming messages by e-mail:' checkbox. Click "Apply" button. If the feature is already enabled for you, but you don't want to use it, you can disable it the same way.

By the way, we are happy to congratulate all the US residents on the Independence Day!
