Re: X-Cart and Skipjack
The root of the issue is at X-Payments side definitely. Other question is what causes this malfunction. There have been no such bug reported about SkipJack and we have many merchants using this payment gateway without such problem.
In order to figure out what's wrong our techs need to go into your X-Payments server and look. This is a paid support incident, but if it turns to be a bug in our code all support fees will be refunded back to you.
