I notice the new options for storing package dimensions and "Ship in a separate box" in the new Xcart version 4.3.x.

The shipping cost only includes the base shipping cost. It does not calculate fuel sur-charge, oversize cost, or the dimensional weight cost. Am I missing something? Is there a specifc check-box somewhere that I may have overlooked?
