Please organize the admin side menus.
Create a shipping side menu and put all shipping related links in it.
The Management, Administration and Inventory menus are a mess and their titles do not pertain to what is in them.
Anything that is a setting should be in one menu.
Anything that is a task should be in another menu.
Put the most commonly accessed links at the top of the menus!!!!
Maybe something more like this:
