4.1->4.2: a database upgrade script
4.2->4.3: a database upgrade script (+ upgrade patches provided changes in the source code between 4.2 and 4.3 are minimal)
4.1, 4.2, 4.3 -> 5.0: a database upgrade script
4.3 is planned to be released this spring.
5.0 is planned to be released by the end of 2009.

The main reason is the same as for ProxyPay: CyberPac gateway is being used by a very limited number of X-Cart users whilst makeing it up to date takes too much time.
If a third-party company develop an integration module, keep it up to date and distribute it among X-Cart users, we would be happy to list it under "3-rd party payment modules for X-Cart" section at
