Although I'm thrilled that 5.2.12 offers the ability to OPERATE AS USER, I need to ask if this should be allowed at a lower role level than ADMINISTRATOR.
Shouldn't the ORDER PROCESSING role, or maybe a role in-between, be enough to allow "Operate as User" functionality?
I really do not want to activate ADMINISTRATOR access to staff that is taking phone orders.
