1. How easy is the upgrade from Gold to Gold+?
2. How well documented are the implementations of the new features?
We're running a commercial site with a heavy customized template. My experience generally with new features is, sadly, the lack of documentation on how to use these new features in other templates other than the default ones. Is this different in Gold+?
