Also, open the file /skin1/modules/Dynamic_Images/product_thumbnail.tpl and find the line:

{* Start Block *}{$products[product].tmbn_url}
Remove
Code:
{$products[product].tmbn_url}
This was something left over from testing. Sorry about that.
