Wow, I always seem to post too soon.
I made sure the "lite" interface was turned off on both the XP and the store admin. I just installed Altered Cart's One Page Checkout, and the X-Payments module. I'm using the "DEFAULT" template in XP. The Altered Cart one isn't showing up.
The only issue I'm having is from the X-Payments so I'll redirect that to the proper person.
