Just to close this one off..
I went for the Kayako option.
Dont know how I ever managed without it..
I had a few problems with my site with various payment options etc so I went for the online help function aswell as the support ticket.
The online help has no been used yet so Im going to disable and cancel the part next month.
The support ticket system is fantastic, much easier to keep track of things.
