As far as I see the login form appears. The storefront seems to be working over HTTPS without problems too.
So, it may be that when you changed the e-mail address one of the letters was wrong, that's why now you cannot log in.
If you have an access to the MySQL database (PHPMyAdmin in your webhosting control panel, for example), you can run this MySQL query to see what e-mail address is recorded for the administrator in the database:
