XCSEO Pro is what you're needing for the URL functionality. Additionally, I believe you have 2 weeks from point of purchase to get a refund on CDSEO, if you should choose to find a different solution.
BTW, for migrating from CDSEO, you would receive a 25% discount on XCSEO Pro, which would make it cost only $112.50 including install fee (XCSEO Pro without a discount costs $120 by default, $150 installed)
And Balinor is correct, you would need the meta mods from BCSE. There are several meta mods available from BCSE, I believe 1 for categories, 1 for products.
