I am trying to log in to x-payments. I have never had a problem before. When I try and login, it says it's a bad username or password, or the account is locked. There is only one account and it's an administrator account. I tried to reset the password, but it says:

Internal error

The requested action cannot be performed. See logs for details.


I'm not sure how to get the password to reset?
