The thumbs on this page (
http://www.globalmarsha.com/xcart/Hand-beaded-Wool-Shawls/) are 200x150 as well as the ones on the home page. Just because you set some dimensions in admin doesn't mean all images automatically will show using them. You need to actually upload images that size or re-generate thumbs
