After nearly two weeks, I have given up on Malabi working for me.
Tried it in different browsers, on different computers and at different locations and it still does not work for me.
Contacted the developers and received a reply two days later with a link to the YouTube video tutorial.
Subsequent emails were not returned. Will request a refund.
