I unpacked into the /dev, no problem.
Then I copied the original database and made a new name for it, ocha_xc5214.
Then I changed etc/config.php following values:
database = "ocha_xc5214"
web_dir = "/dev"
After that, I tried to go to admin of development copy (
https://www.xyz.com/dev/admin.php?target=login ) and the site comes up, but I get a "page not found" for the admin….
I think I need to make some change to htaccess, but it's confusing - do I have to change the root htacess? The htaccess copy under the /dev?
