We will be upgrading our support software soon to resolve the missing ticket problems that someone has pointed out to me *IS* a bug in Kayako.
However we do have to get a new server up for it as we will be moving our support site to a new server at the same time. Unfortunately this takes time and we have to prioritize our current customers and try not to interrupt the flow of things. So we usually have to put our own needs on the back burner.
We actually have had a new look for our site developed for almost 2 years now, but yet we are still on 3.5.x with a 4 year old look!! Maybe someday I will find the time for us to upgrade!
We appreciate the opportunity we have to help so many of you out there, who are keeping us so busy we can't even work on our own sites!
