I would like to make a complete site overhaul and make my site look similar to the tiffanys site with a complete list of products that one could scroll through similar to this page:

anyone got any ideas on how i would start? I was thinking making all products "related products" in one section and have the format changed to the way it looks on the tiffanys site. Then change the "related products" format to have a mouseover that brings up the same image name with and added "-mobig.jpg" or something like that.
Really I'm just looking for help with starting this endeavor
