I'm sorry if this is an obvious question and I've searched for a similar one with no luck......

I want to add my own page with a link in the speed bar or under one of the other groups e.g. Specials.

I have the html code written and I can call it, but it opens in another window and it doesn't follow the website template design.

Can someone tell me how to do this?
