Just do an embedded page and add all of your content into it. Name it Customer FAQ's and your done.
You can creat your own in something like DreamWeaver and then copy the code over into an embedded page and your done.
That is what I did anyway. Looks good, has links to specific topics on same page, back to top etc etc.
