Thanks for the "Welcome". I've never posted a question because I've always managed to find the answers via the dreaded search function.

I was trying to set a few fields as non-required just like the original poster above. Shan's reply pointed me in the right direction but was not clear as to which of the many help.php files needed to be edited.

So as this forum has helped me on numerous occasions I was glad to finally offer some assistance.
