Hi Bigmac,
For the horizontal line I used two gif's, which I gave a table cell width
of 100%.
I've put them here for you to download. They're very small but they
are the grey dots on the right of the arrows.
I've used this one for the top line:

And this one for the bottom line:

Just right click on it and save them.
