Go to Admin::Languages::look for drop down window for selected language and select it (english for example)::look for drop down window that has text, labels, "EMAIL" and select emails:: search for what you wish to edit.
Also, go to each one of the labels, and text sections and search all of the text contained within and edit edit edit.
Make the cart more personalized and remove generics and references to shop, store, xcart etc.
