Actually after several trials, I finally deleted the txt_welcome to see if there is any changes. Unfortunately it still shows up the default message.
Now when I try to add back the txt_welcome message, I got another problem! The message was added back since the exported file shows it but it's not on the screen when I try to look for it through admin/language options. What's the problem? Any people get an idea?
