We also used phplivesupport support for some time and had to finally drop it. The software is good but it did not quite satisfy our needs because it covers only communicational part leaving real customers behaviour a riddle. If something goes wrong you have no chance to analyze the situation and make the conclusions. Now we ended up devloping the software that reflects our point of view for the problem of shop owner/customer interaction. Time will show if we are right or wrong but it is quite different from the solutons that are currently on the market.
