Permission denied error!
File /skin1.css was not saved.

That's what happens whenever I try to change the skin.css file from inside XCart. And when I try to upload the whole file, it just doesn't seem to take at all. I think I'm missing something important. I've edited it before and could make changes, but now it's not working.
Please help.
