- line 18 (<TR align=center>);
- line 20 (<TD height="25" nowrap align=right
width=52%>{$lng.lbl_quantity});
- line 22 (<TD nowrap align=left>);
- line 62 (<TABLE border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align=center><TR>);
