Perhaps others have noticed the cart.php page doesn't flow well, or maybe its just me.
Below is a image that I would like to do to the cart.tpl file to customize the cart. One it will be easier to see the products in the cart but also it will flow with the checkout process. I am using 4.0.6 gold and I was wondering how I can make this change.
