edit customer/main/buy_now.tpl

find:

Code:
{include file="buttons/buy_now.tpl" style="button"}

change to:

Code:
{include file="buttons/add_to_cart.tpl" style="button"}

And re-enable buy now buttons in products.tpl or products_t.tpl
