I am creating a design for my x-cart store this week, want to get it implemented next week or by end of august hopefully. I do not know how to do this or have time, I am looking to pay someone to do this. I can provide cut up html template or psd file. Looking for quotes on both of these. Also would be interested in seeing quotes for setting up categories etc.
