Here is what I did in order to change the title.
Adming section
1.- Selected
Language
2.- Selected
English on drop down menu.
3.- Selected
Text on Select topic drop down menu.
4.- Typed
Title on the apply filter text box.
5.- Down to the bottom of the page and selected
Apply changes
and that did it.
