We had the same problem with
http://123language.com/ and we were able to figure it out after some messing around. Take the template code and put it into a wysiwyg editor like FrontPage (I usually use Dreamweaver but FP seems to do a better job editing xcart templates) and just center the product image. You'll get it to work after a few tries....good luck!
