Looks like your trying to install an affiliate program, perhaps ultimate affiliate?
Best suggestion I can make is to enable the debug console in the admin -> general settings, and to edit xcart/smarty.php and make debug_templates.tpl, just debug.tpl and have a look at the {$smarty.variables} and just insert them into the <IMG> tag url for the affiliate.
