[Duckworks]

We are moving our warehouse about 2000 miles to a new facility. This will mean we are not shipping for 10 days or so. We want to put a prominent message on our website letting folks know they can place orders but that we won't ship until we are up an running in the new location. I would like this notice to appear on every page of the site including the shopping cart. Is there a good way to do this? Any ideas appreciated.
