4.7.6 and PHP 7 - third party compatible modules.
No doubt as we start moving to 4.7.6 we will all be trying to get our sites running with PHP7.
This thread might be a good place to keep a list of 3rd party mods we know are or are not compatible.
I have seen on another thread Xbanners isnt - and not likly to be any time soon.
I have also asked Bill from Altered cart re: his modules:

His reply was - For PHP 7 you will need to use the unencrypted versions. The modules do not use any depreciated functions that were removed with PHP 7.
