If you're using the "Froogle" module as x-cart called it, the instructions should have modified the feed to use CDSEO urls. This is step 4g at

Alternatively, I'd recommend the Firetank Google feed as it's compatible with CDSEO.
Given the state of the X-Cart market we don't intend to make any new mods.
