Hello Community,

I was wondering if anyone has noticed that Amazon Payments doesn't seem to allow a transaction to be processed if an item is NOT shipped.

On our store we have many non shipped digital products yet Amazon Payments just waits for a shipping total keeping the "Place Order" button "grayed" out.

Any thoughts on solving this? I was thinking of marking them as free shipping but that is odd since these products aren't shipped.

If I combine a digital product and shipped product order is fine. Still that doesn't help with digital only purchases.

Amazon is such a hassle.
