Not sure if this is an issue for others, but when using one-page checkout, Admin must define an address in admin settings for real-time shipping options to show up when the user comes to the checkout page - in which the rates shown there are probably not accurate, and may mislead the user until they fill out the shipping address info. (if you don't put an address in the admin area , it will return an error from the Shipper) The change is shipping rate once they enter their shipping address may seem scummy to them :/

To mitigate this issue, has anyone tried doing the following:

1) completely hide the actual real-time rates (that are grayed out) so that they only show once the user fills out the shipping address - any maybe put a note below the "Shipping Method" text that "rates will show after you enter our shipping address."

Also, when you enter the address in the admin area, the state and zip code you enter in admin area, automatically is shown in the user's shipping address (which seems confusing to me). Is there a way to hide that info so it doesn't show to the user?
