It may be that your Facebook app is not configured to accept requests from your site's domain.

Good morning. I am attaching the 3 images, 1 of the screen shot from the FaceBook app developer settings as well as the status page from FaceBook and also of the settings in xCart. I have verified the "Secret Key".
