You have the same Series 5 release as we do and the information in the original post that we made on this thread, works just fine for us on Desktop / Tablet / Mobile etc and despite posts by others, it has done, ever since we added it on a much earlier release.
It's a Custom CSS addition as you know already, but we don't use a different skin for mobile views as the original is responsive anyway, so we didn't see the need for more work / expense etc
We are assuming that you are using a different mobile skin (which we think
installed mobile mod means in your message, so perhaps you are just looking to replicate the Custom CSS addition, but in a different place (on the right skin..) as well as the one you already have?
If nobody posts the specific location for you, do post the answer and exactly which skin / template / mod you are using once you've found it, so that any others following can benefit
