To be honest, this is the first time I hear about problem with font sizes and emails going to Spam/Junk folder. I do not think, this is somewhat caused by update itself.
This problem needs to be investigated and I would recommend contacting our support team about that. Of course, if this is a bug-related problem, the investigation will be free for you.
