I have uploaded
security-patch-2015-04-28_4.5.4.tgz patch (in addition to security-patch-2015-04-28_4.5.5.tgz)
The security-patch-2015-04-28_4.5.4.tgz patch should be applied for the previous 4.5.x versions.
