Obtain the current version of module installed in your X-Cart by calling the URL like "%your_site_url%/VERSION.XCART_MOBILE", then find the necessary version-by-version patch in HelpDesk -> [FileArea] -> [X-Cart 4 - Addons] -> [Support files] and apply it via the "patches/upgrade" admin-section.
You can also contact us via the HelpDesk messages, the responsible engineer will contact you regarding this and help with update.
