Yes, It is version 1.1.12.
Licensed users always get free updates for their current version of X-Cart. You can download the new files in the Account/Downloads -> My Licenses section at alteredcart.com.
To add the new payment methods just upload the new files (each payment method has its own directory of files) and run the checkout-one-payments-sql.php to add the new payment methods to the X-Cart database.
