If a customer uses text based browser like Lynx on Linux - X-Cart (as well as other smart online systems) won't work of course.
Solution here - do not use text browsers, use normal modern browsers.

Both X-Cart and X-Payments rely on JS enabled. If someone browses with JS disabled many of X-Cart functions (not only checkout) stop working for that person.
Blocking add-ons should not harm X-Cart and X-Payments unless that person blocks certain JS code from our software in his browser intentionally.
So far we've heard nothing about anything that could block or prevent X-Cart and X-Payments from normal operation.
